1. What Araneus is

Araneus is a business-to-business platform for logistics master data and operating procedures, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("we"). It is provided to companies ("customers"), whose staff use it under these terms. It is not a consumer service.

2. Beta status

Araneus is in beta. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change. We back up data daily; customers remain responsible for the accuracy of what they enter.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@araneus.net if you suspect misuse.

4. Acceptable use

Use Araneus only for its purpose. Do not probe, overload or circumvent its security; do not enter data you have no right to enter; do not attempt to access another tenant's data. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers.

5. Data

The customer keeps all rights to the data it enters. We process it as the customer's processor under a data processing agreement; our Privacy Notice explains what we process on our own responsibility.

6. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. 7. Changes and law
